"La Nana" nominated for Golden Globe
"La nana", the much awarded Chilean movie, was nominted for a Golden Globe as "Best Foreign Language Film" and will compete against Spanish movie "Broken embraces".
The Chilean comedy "El Regalo" recieved the Best Film award at this years Latino Film Festival in Trieste, Italy.

The Chilean national football team has won game after game during 2009 and are currently third in their group to qualify for the World Cup 2010.
According to Lonely Planet, it's not enough to say that Chile is a country of contrast, it's a country of extreme contrasts.
