Viu Manent Reserva Syrah Carignan 2008 is the second Chilean syrah to be found at Systembolaget during February 1st-April 30th.
Viu Manent Reserva Syrah Carignan 2008 consists to 86 % of syrah and 14% of carignan from Colchagua. The grapes have been harvested by hand and macerated in cool temperature during one week. The fermentation was made at 28-30°C and the wine has been stored for nine months in French and American barrel oak.
