Chilean home cooking in Diné&Dryck magazine

100319_DineDryck3

Chilean home cooking is the theme when Dine&Dryck magazine joined Editor in Chief Amalia Gonzalez and her family for dinner.

100319_DineDryck3_small Swedish gastronomic glossie Diné&Dryck participated at a family dinner with the Gonzalez family to talk about Chilean home cooking and beverages that go with.

The result can be enjoyed in the latest issue of the magazine, on sale now, and also be inspired by recipes as
  • Ceviche of fresh tuna
  • Sopa Marina (Chilean fish soup)
  • Pastel de choclo (Chilean sweet corn pie)
  • Grilled sea food with salad of celery and avocado, and pebre
  • Albondigas en salsa de almendras (Chilean meat balls in almond sauce)
  • Empanadas de queso
In the article there are also suggestions for wines that go with the dishes, as for example the following delicious ones
  • 2008 Adobe Gewürztraminer
  • 2007 Gran Araucano Chardonnay
  • 2008 Duette Premium Pinot Noir
  • 2006 Novas Winemaker's Selection Chardonnay Marsanne Viognier
  • 2007 Viña Falernia Organic Syrah Cabernet Sauvignon
  • 2007 Montgras Quatro
Buen provecho! (Enjoy your meal!)
