1865 cabernet sauvignon perfect with springs grilled dishes

1865 is an award winning cabernet sauvignon from Viña San Pedro, and goes perfect with spring seasons' grilled dishes.
1865 Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 is, apart from being an award winning wine, delicious with grilled dishes. Spring has been somewhat late in the northern hemisphere this year, but as we switch to summer time in Stockholm this sunday, the season to be outside grilling feels much closer!
ProvaGuiden.se (in Swedish) recommends the wine with marinated spicy spare ribs. But 1865 also goes very well with vegetable dishes, last weekend the Vinoschilenos-team enjoyed the wine with a creamy vegetable risotto.
